Expert home inspections for safety and compliance.

Whether you’re buying, selling, or maintaining your home, a professional home inspection gives you clarity and confidence. For buyers, it reveals the true condition of the property before making a major investment. For sellers, it helps identify issues early, reduce surprises, and support a smoother transaction. For homeowners, inspections provide valuable insight into maintenance needs and future repairs. A home inspection protects your investment, helps you plan wisely, and gives you peace of mind—no matter where you are in your homeownership jour
Thinking of selling your home? Our pre-listing inspections can help you identify any issues before you put your property on the market. This can help you avoid any surprises during the selling process and ensure that you get the best possible price for your home.
An energy audit helps identify where your home is losing energy and money. By evaluating insulation, ventilation, HVAC performance, and other key components, it provides practical insights to improve comfort, reduce utility costs, and increase overall energy efficiency.

Eric Rossiter will be your dedicated inspector at Mr. Inspector. While he is newly established in the home inspection profession, Eric brings a lifetime of hands-on experience to every property he evaluates. With over 25 years in home construction, HVAC, and electrical work, he has been involved in nearly every phase of building and maintaining a home.
Eric grew up in the construction industry, spending his summers working for his father’s custom home business. From framing houses to eventually joining the family company full-time, he has been immersed in the entire home-building process—from design to completion. His strong eye for detail made him a natural leader, directing crews both on-site and in the cabinet shop while developing thorough punch lists for team members and subcontractors.
Today, Eric brings that same meticulous, “picky” attention to detail to the inspection field. His mission is to provide thorough, reliable, and high-quality home inspections, ensuring that your property is safe, well-built, and meets all necessary standards. At Mr. Inspector, you can trust that your home will receive the same level of care and expertise that has defined Eric’s work throughout his career.

This inspection is less detailed than a full home inspection but highlights the items a buyer’s inspector is likely to note. Addressing these early can help you protect your asking price and ensure a smoother closing process.
