For all homes that were born before 1976. Homes built in 1976 or older may be subject to a surcharge. These homes often require more time to inspect and report on due to age-related conditions and additional findings.

This visual energy audit evaluates a home’s energy efficiency to identify where energy may be lost and how comfort and utility costs can be improved. The assessment includes insulation, ventilation, windows and doors, HVAC performance, and major appliances. Pricing ranges from $150–$300—with a discounted rate when added to a home inspection and higher pricing for stand-alone (à la carte) audits due to additional time and travel. Approximately 1-2 hours onsite.
